Retail Operations Analyst

OPPO Mexico is looking for a Retail Operations Analyst to join our team.

* Advanced English required: conversational, reading and writing

*ENGLISH RESUME IS REQUIRED*

Skills and experience:

· Fluent English skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing)

· Proficiency in basic Excel functions (formulas, data organization)

· Drive licence (A type)

· No more than 3 years working experience

Responsibilities:

· Act as the communication bridge between the manager, headquarters, cross-departmental teams, and external partners.

· Assist in handing promotional activities, inventory management system, follow-ups and basic after sale coordination

· Monitor inventory data and operate the inventory management system

· Coordinate in-store promotional material set up and price tag updates according to stablished policies

· Collect sales data during campaigns and generate basic analytical summaries

· Conduct Store Visits by vehicle, handle document deliveries, urgent supply pickups, and other fieldwork tasks
